ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 24hrs to process your order. Expect an email within 48hrs to let you know your order is on the way!

UK: Shipping times are 5-7 business days for all UK orders.

Free shipping available for all UK orders over £70 (£4.99 if under £70).

AUS: Shipping times are 5-7 business days for all AUS orders.

Free shipping available for all AUS orders.

US: Shipping times are 7-10 business days for all US orders.

Free shipping available for all US orders over $100 ($4.99 if under $100).

International 

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Atomic Orange is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original
condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@atomicorange.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Incorrect Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout. Atomic Orange is not liable for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. If a delivery fails due to incorrect address details and re-delivery cannot be arranged with the courier, we are unable to offer a refund or replacement.
